t-44 is just powercreeped by most tier 8 premium meds like the prog 46, cs-52, ambt, astron etc
and the ap feels awful for even the tier 8, the apcr is mediocre and most times not enough for tier 9,10, and especially against the bz-176 or iron arnie

I'm pretty sure none of you guys have played the stock ST-I (a tier 9 heavy tank with 175 pen on his stock gun), that was my 1st tier 9 tank, and the one I hated the most at the beggining (especially since as a noob free to play player at the time, I bought it with nearly 0 credits to spare and went to test it out immediately, so not only I couldn't afford the gold ammo that was only sold for gold, I also couldn't afford the 75% crew, nor could I afford the equipment due to the lack of credits; never did that same mistake again).

Renault FT AC, tier III french TD. Absolute garbage. Then UE 57, which has some strong points, but I believe tank model doesn´t work properly, or I just don´t believe someone implemented that crazy tank.
M3 Lee and Grant are distasterous tanks as well. Some people saying "you need to play it properly". Yes, of course. If you´re playing properly, if you are lucky, if everything goes well, then you are able to play something. But if one of these conditions not met, then you´re just a free dmg for enemy.

has to be the AMX CDC w can all agree that that thing is just trash, I tried to make mine work so long and you just couldn't do anything but sit on the red line sniping cus the gun handling was so terribad nice depression put you pop the ride and have to sit there for 3 bloody seconds while you aim in, then once ur spotted its game over esp at tier ten with ll the hig alpha guns running around....yes the CDC has to be the worst tank in the game, when I sold mine I actually felt a weight lift off my shoulders and had a smile on my face, so glad to get rid of that pile of garbage!.

Worst tank to play against : Those wheeled vehicles - too damn fast to hit - no I can aim but try aiming and moving the turret in a TVP VTU the aiming circle blooms to as big as a house! They go all over the map at warp speed - proxy spotting the traditional light tanks that can no longer sneakily hide in bushes. Hate them..
Worst tank to play:
Tier 9 - worst as in biggest disappointment after spending so much XP is the Russian tier 9 tank the T10, so much potential on paper but always the worst off when trying to brawl - every hit crew death and module damage and it was I gave up before grinding to the top gun.
Tier 8 - worst handling to play is a tie between the Object 416 it has virtually no gun depression (-3 degrees) and limited turret traverse just so awkward to play as a tier 8 medium and the ISU152 a great gun but try turning that around 180 degrees, it takes about 8 seconds handles about the same as an oil tanker ship and easy meat to any fast light tank - the faster the easier.

A-44. Stock with the 57mm vs T9 tanks. And top its still Crap because it has not enough pen, aim time is bad and extrem bad accuracity. It gets ammoreckt 50% of the time and the other 50% it gets an engine damage and stands in flames. And it has better Armor then the A-43 but it has a Skyscraper on the head with the top turret that you must have to use the 107mm gun and the moverbility ist bad too.

The gun has NO penetration... if you hit anything at all.

IS-6 became the worst tier 8 Heavy tank. Gun is the worst and I dare you to try it if you own it.
The annoying thing is that they ruined this tank without even having the balls to inform us. I checked and please correct me if I am wrong, I didn't find any Patch notification related to IS-6. When I started playing WoT in 2013, I bought IS-6 and it was my favorite tank ever. I played over 2k games with it and I simply loved it. But since one year at least I cannot play with it cuz the gun it's just BAD. First of all 175 pen at tier 8, but most important ones - AIM time 3.26 seconds and dispersion at 100m 0.46. With this gun only if I am top tier which by the way in 100 games I was top tier only 5 GAMES :O, only top tier I can have a decent game. but 95% of the time I meet tier 9 German heavies, tier 9 Chinese Heavies, Tier 9 German TDs and so many tier 8 premium heavies that I cannot possibly penetrate even with premium ammmo (217 Penetration).. So from my point of view, IS-6 is the worst tank in the game.

Swedish tier 7 medium tank: Leo with the 105mm gun:
- worst aimtime I have ever seen
- wonderfull accuracy (sry... need to vomit when I think about it...)
- fkn slow in acceleration
- traverse speed of an O-I
- NOT A LITTLE BIT OF USEFULL ARMOUR
- crappy DPM
- blind as a bat...
The smaller gun makes this tank more or less playable, but you still get wrecked by e v e r y other tank like Comet or my A-44.
I played a lot of hard-to-play tanks like german medium line Leopard 1 or Tiger II etc ... but this thing makes me cry... It drives like a slow czech tank without autoloader... awfull...

Obj 416: can't snipe (shit accuracy) can't brawl (shit armour) can't work ridge lines (shit gun depression) can't play like a light (not fast enough) can't play like a paper medium (rear mounted turret) can't engage in close quaters (non-fully traversable turret) can't take on heavies from a distance (201mm pen and I never use gold) can't bully low tier vehicles (worst matchmaking I have ever seen (played loads of battles in it, roughly 70, 58 of them were tier 10 battles, 9 of them were tier 9 battles without tier 7, 2 of them were tier 9 battles with tier 7 and 1 battle was tier 8... and im not even lying this is true, I went trough this matchmaking with my friend General_Jammy... to make things worse I had to grind through this tank TWICE and I never use gold shells, I never use premium acc or premium consumables and I am not a super unicum so this was truly the most PAINFUL tank I had to grind through... The Archer is also shit.

Well for me for me the most painfull grind was AMX 50 120... I love my AMX 50B but AMX 50 120 dose not feel the same... longer reload between shots and slower to rev up to speed... It was just not that good... Cause I didn't enjoy it... But as a tank... I don't know... They all have their pros and cons... Maybe something like DW2... Not enough pen for even tier 4m, not enough armor, never heard of German accuracy... At least that is my opinion... The worst grind and the worst tank... BTW DEZ I am not saying that AMX 50 120 is bad... It's great tank i just couldn't get around to play it as it should be played... It didn't fit me... Grind was fast... Got my 50B in one month... But it was soooo frustrating... Would you care to play few games on youtube with that tank and explain us mortals how to use it...

I would say Type 58. To me, it was a very pain in the ass to play it. Only 128mm of penetration with a mediocre gun when you encounter tier VIII heavies is very low. I could say MT-25 too but this is only one tank that I can select :p

Challenger is a REAL CHALLENGE to play even with top gun etc unlike some of the other comments that are suggesting stock guns (which will obviously be painful to play) The only place the tank has armor is the BACK of the TURRET... garbage turret traverse and track traverse makes this thing NOT VERY QUICK nor a Good sniper with a peanut alpha damage...

AMX 40 stock when in a teir 6 match game. Just got to live up to the name of being a duck and find the nearest patch of water and drown yourself. Hate that tank. It's meant to be a light but only does 18kp/h on flat ground with top engine. It's amour is also garbage at teir 6.

There are so many bad tanks, but it depends whether it is bad to drive or bad to come up against. So for bad to drive it has to be either the 9.19.1. Patch VK.28.01 or the 9.19.1 patch A20. For bad to come up against, I would say either the 9.19.1 patch Type 5 Heavy, or the Obj 140.

In particular, the German tier IV "Heavy tank" DW2. It really isn't a heavy tank if I am to be frank with you, in fact, it is only a heavy tank by the regard of poor mobility, you could argue it is marked by it's weight, but even that isn't defining for it's tier. It doesn't have a large, hard hitting gun, instead, it carries a low penetration, inaccurate cannon, that would put an equal tier light tank to shame. Don't even get me started on the stock grind, worse mobility, a very under-tiered gun, and armor that would make the Alecto blush.

it si a lot slower than kv-2, it has worse DPM, it is much easier to spot

KV2 because it is derp with paper mache armor that never reloads, horrible speed, horrible camo rating and of course, horrible accuracy. Miss 1 shot and you are gone or wait forever for reload.
M3 Lee is great. It has a great cannon yet people cry how it is turret-less?! So are many other tanks but where are your tears for them especially the biz which always gets 1 shotted? Bad camo, but adequate speed. Play it like a td ffs.

In my personal opinion, I would say the AMX CDC is the worst tank in the game. I know a lot of people love that tank and are very good with it but for me it is just impossible to come to grips with. It has so little armor a tier 1 can pen it, the gun only has 240 alpha with a 7-8 sec reload depending on your setup, it is a MASSIVE target, the ammo rack is always getting hit because it is literally just the back half of the turret. The speed isn't even that outstanding. The CDC isn't an absolutely terrible tank but it just gets outclassed by most other mediums at its tier.

AMX 40 is perhaps the worsth tank to play along with the D.W II.
And the worsth to fight againts is the T95 (after the speed buff) in urban chokepoints and most autoloaders pretty much everywhere else. I mean sutoloaders are by far the worst enemy you may face unlike the infini clip tanks (those with monster reloads) autoloaders dont suffer damage per shot penalty and in 1 clip can turn your tank, if not kill it, into a sieve.

I seen M7 in there at least once. i doubt that seriously, as i have 3 marks on mine. Its just very underestimated/played wrong. i play mine as a cross between a scout (high acc, high veiw range, goodish camo) and a terrorist t34 with the little 2 sec reload gun (finding isolated tanks and out dps'ing them).

The worst tank in higher tiers is Tiger P. The tank itself leads for 4 different lines in german tech tree and its the most valuable tank in tech tree, but tank itself has crap armor, no speed and nothing as good as tiger 1.

Might get hate for this but I really hate the TVP VTU. Gun depression is only decent with stock turret and 88mm gun. Even then it has moderate view range, no armor, mobility is decent but not top of the class, dpm is just decent. I just do not have fun playing it.

type 4 heavy almost every game with derp gun 20 + sec reload time against heavy targets 300-400 dmg is totally bullshit.also tank gets ammo racker with pen shots.even when u get ammo racked once vs for example t57 heavy or 50 b repair instantly,u get second ammo rack in the second shot.gj wg. and also most games in open maps vs 3 arties with max 20 kmph?Sure.m3lee crap too but the pain doesn't last long enough when you compare it to type 4 heavy.

The black prince, slow, useless armour on t8 and more on t9, 171 pen only, and just 150 damage, it's amazingly underpowered. And more of that, it's the most expansive heavy tank at t7 in xp to unlock the next one.
He has the same gun as the tog 2 with preferential MM, at 8 and friefly wich are t6.
And challenger has the same but much better rate of fire, and a great speed.

contrary to what a lot of people believe M3 lee is NOT the worst tank in the game, it is actually just average when it comes to mobility armour and gun.
lacking a turret is a pretty big drawback but still not enough for it to be deemed completely useless.
worst tank in the game imo is either the B1 heavy tank, for having really poor mobility armour and gun+ having a big silhouette.
or the american M5 stuart, which has the honour of featuring the worst gun in the game. which is the autoshooting 37mm ticklecannon.
having one click empty the whole 5 round magazine is beyond retarded, and almost never is this anything you want to happen. and it does not help that the base gun in itself is really bad as well

My most loathed tank in the game I think has to be the AMX 13 75 tier 7 French light tank. the fact that the 75 mm gun has such weak AP penetration, especially compared to every other tier 7 light tank just makes this tank so obsolete.

Type 5 Heavy is the worst now, it was given the new derp gun that has plunged it into further obscurity because its still massively underpowered.
Do a face off - O-Ho vs Type 4 Heavy. Only standard HE shells. You will see that O-Ho wins easily, it is embarrassing for wg to release a new derp gun and it being inferior to the already underpowered gun on the O-Ho which is tier 6-7 really.
Many tanks can shoot for 750 alpha, regularly. Types old gun was far too slow to keep up and had poor pen values. Thats why it slid into obscurity in the first place.
1100 dmg shells are a pathetic joke for tier 10. A place where E100 can tap the 3 key and be frankly more effective than Type 5 using HE ammo, faster ROF better gun handling etc.
And FV183 can tap 3 key and laugh at Type tanks all day.
JgpzE100 can tap 3 key and laugh at the fact they can fire the same shells as Type premium but they cost 6 times LESS in the german TD and you can choose other ammo in that and actually be effective in battle.
They developed the right area but they have done so so badly that the Type 5 heavy is by far the worst tier 10 in the game.
Most people struggle to do 1200 dmg in games on the test server, its pathetic.
Wargaming ruined one of the most looked forward to aspects of WoT , proper tier 10 heavies. Why give them such low alpha damage?
We get 950 a shot at tier 6!!!!
But now 1100 is ok at tier 10? It is not!!!!

If you´re playing properly, if you are lucky, if everything goes well, then you are able to play something. But if one of these conditions not met, then you´re just a free dmg for enemy.

Worst tank to play against : Those wheeled vehicles - too damn fast to hit - no I can aim but try aiming and moving the turret in a TVP VTU the aiming circle blooms to as big as a house! They go all over the map at warp speed - proxy spotting the traditional light tanks that can no longer sneakily hide in bushes. Hate them..

Tier 9 - worst as in biggest disappointment after spending so much XP is the Russian tier 9 tank the T10, so much potential on paper but always the worst off when trying to brawl - every hit crew death and module damage and it was I gave up before grinding to the top gun.
Tier 8 - worst handling to play is a tie between the Object 416 it has virtually no gun depression (-3 degrees) and limited turret traverse just so awkward to play as a tier 8 medium and the ISU152 a great gun but try turning that around 180 degrees, it takes about 8 seconds handles about the same as an oil tanker ship and easy meat to any fast light tank - the faster the easier.

A-44. Stock with the 57mm vs T9 tanks. And top its still Crap because it has not enough pen, aim time is bad and extrem bad accuracity. It gets ammoreckt 50% of the time and the other 50% it gets an engine damage and stands in flames. And it has better Armor then the A-43 but it has a Skyscraper on the head with the top turret that you must have to use the 107mm gun and the moverbility ist bad too.
Skoda T-24. Lacks DPM and doesn't have great mobility either (also no armor, but who would thought). You doesn't expect it to be bad, because noone talks about it, but it SUCKS. Really! Don't EVER play it.
Leopard PTA is the hardest because most new players think it is a great tank because it was such a powerful tank and ahead for its time historically and wargaming has completely that changed that up. So much for historical accuracy.

IS-6 became the worst tier 8 Heavy tank. Gun is the worst and I dare you to try it if you own it.
The annoying thing is that they ruined this tank without even having the balls to inform us. I checked and please correct me if I am wrong, I didn't find any Patch notification related to IS-6. When I started playing WoT in 2013, I bought IS-6 and it was my favorite tank ever. I played over 2k games with it and I simply loved it. But since one year at least I cannot play with it cuz the gun it's just BAD. First of all 175 pen at tier 8, but most important ones - AIM time 3.26 seconds and dispersion at 100m 0.46. With this gun only if I am top tier which by the way in 100 games I was top tier only 5 GAMES :O, only top tier I can have a decent game. but 95% of the time I meet tier 9 German heavies, tier 9 Chinese Heavies, Tier 9 German TDs and so many tier 8 premium heavies that I cannot possibly penetrate even with premium ammmo (217 Penetration).. So from my point of view, IS-6 is the worst tank in the game.

The Archer is also shit.

Well for me for me the most painfull grind was AMX 50 120... I love my AMX 50B but AMX 50 120 dose not feel the same... longer reload between shots and slower to rev up to speed... It was just not that good... Cause I didn't enjoy it... But as a tank... I don't know... They all have their pros and cons... Maybe something like DW2... Not enough pen for even tier 4m, not enough armor, never heard of German accuracy... At least that is my opinion... The worst grind and the worst tank... BTW DEZ I am not saying that AMX 50 120 is bad... It's great tank i just couldn't get around to play it as it should be played... It didn't fit me... Grind was fast... Got my 50B in one month... But it was soooo frustrating... Would you care to play few games on youtube with that tank and explain us mortals how to use it...
I would say Type 58. To me, it was a very pain in the ass to play it. Only 128mm of penetration with a mediocre gun when you encounter tier VIII heavies is very low. I could say MT-25 too but this is only one tank that I can select :p

Challenger is a REAL CHALLENGE to play even with top gun etc unlike some of the other comments that are suggesting stock guns (which will obviously be painful to play) The only place the tank has armor is the BACK of the TURRET... garbage turret traverse and track traverse makes this thing NOT VERY QUICK nor a Good sniper with a peanut alpha damage...
AMX 40 stock when in a teir 6 match game. Just got to live up to the name of being a duck and find the nearest patch of water and drown yourself. Hate that tank. It's meant to be a light but only does 18kp/h on flat ground with top engine. It's amour is also garbage at teir 6.

There are so many bad tanks, but it depends whether it is bad to drive or bad to come up against. So for bad to drive it has to be either the 9.19.1. Patch VK.28.01 or the 9.19.1 patch A20. For bad to come up against, I would say either the 9.19.1 patch Type 5 Heavy, or the Obj 140.

Bloody T67, or as I call it scumbag tank... I've had the hellcat and Jackson and I refused to have the T67 because it's ridiculous... It's not fair in any way. Good camo, amazing DPM, good penn, very mobile.
In particular, the German tier IV "Heavy tank" DW2. It really isn't a heavy tank if I am to be frank with you, in fact, it is only a heavy tank by the regard of poor mobility, you could argue it is marked by it's weight, but even that isn't defining for it's tier. It doesn't have a large, hard hitting gun, instead, it carries a low penetration, inaccurate cannon, that would put an equal tier light tank to shame. Don't even get me started on the stock grind, worse mobility, a very under-tiered gun, and armor that would make the Alecto blush.
if you are playing leopard tier 5 it is pretty good, but not as good as it used to be(now its like previus luchs)
but after 9.18 it is pretty bad, but still better than elc AMX now

M3 Lee is great. It has a great cannon yet people cry how it is turret-less?! So are many other tanks but where are your tears for them especially the biz which always gets 1 shotted? Bad camo, but adequate speed. Play it like a td ffs.

M3 Lee, it is turretless, off center gun, super tall, bad camo and bad view range. It has no redeeming values because what you could call it's strengths cannot be utilized outside of such restrictive conditions that this tank has no flexibility to deal with incaseshit.

i think it's the m3Lee because :
-no armor event in the mantelet when you use it in side-scrap,
-a big cupola on the top easily touchable when doing hull-down

In my personal opinion, I would say the AMX CDC is the worst tank in the game. I know a lot of people love that tank and are very good with it but for me it is just impossible to come to grips with. It has so little armor a tier 1 can pen it, the gun only has 240 alpha with a 7-8 sec reload depending on your setup, it is a MASSIVE target, the ammo rack is always getting hit because it is literally just the back half of the turret. The speed isn't even that outstanding. The CDC isn't an absolutely terrible tank but it just gets outclassed by most other mediums at its tier.

No armor, no penetration, not a strong alpha or dpm. It's exactly a medium, with less hit point and turret traverse, that make it awful.

AMX 40 is perhaps the worsth tank to play along with the D.W II.
And the worsth to fight againts is the T95 (after the speed buff) in urban chokepoints and most autoloaders pretty much everywhere else. I mean sutoloaders are by far the worst enemy you may face unlike the infini clip tanks (those with monster reloads) autoloaders dont suffer damage per shot penalty and in 1 clip can turn your tank, if not kill it, into a sieve.

I seen M7 in there at least once. i doubt that seriously, as i have 3 marks on mine. Its just very underestimated/played wrong. i play mine as a cross between a scout (high acc, high veiw range, goodish camo) and a terrorist t34 with the little 2 sec reload gun (finding isolated tanks and out dps'ing them).

Might get hate for this but I really hate the TVP VTU. Gun depression is only decent with stock turret and 88mm gun. Even then it has moderate view range, no armor, mobility is decent but not top of the class, dpm is just decent. I just do not have fun playing it.

type 4 heavy almost every game with derp gun 20 + sec reload time against heavy targets 300-400 dmg is totally bullshit.also tank gets ammo racker with pen shots.even when u get ammo racked once vs for example t57 heavy or 50 b repair instantly,u get second ammo rack in the second shot.gj wg. and also most games in open maps vs 3 arties with max 20 kmph?Sure.m3lee crap too but the pain doesn't last long enough when you compare it to type 4 heavy.

Type-59, I know I am going to get hate but for a tier 8 prem tank it is bad. It gets prem MM but it has bad gun handling, bad mobility and if not angled shells will pen your tank like butter.
DW2 - it has preferential mm but that guns are just pathetics
Churchill GC is also painful but top gun could work on some maps...

Grosstraktor, this tank should be a fun tank on tier 3, and what he gets always?! Tier 5 and tier 4 battles between 10 and 20 battles on tier 5 and 4 then he gets maybe tier 3 for one or two battles.

The black prince, slow, useless armour on t8 and more on t9, 171 pen only, and just 150 damage, it's amazingly underpowered. And more of that, it's the most expansive heavy tank at t7 in xp to unlock the next one.
He has the same gun as the tog 2 with preferential MM, at 8 and friefly wich are t6.
And challenger has the same but much better rate of fire, and a great speed.

I also think that M3 Lee isn't that bad. I feel like people are just saying that is bad because most some famous WoT players have said so and that's why people that aren't just as good say that it's the worst tank. It actually has okay armor and the gun isn't too bad. Also D.W.2 is way worse than M3 Lee.

contrary to what a lot of people believe M3 lee is NOT the worst tank in the game, it is actually just average when it comes to mobility armour and gun.
lacking a turret is a pretty big drawback but still not enough for it to be deemed completely useless.
worst tank in the game imo is either the B1 heavy tank, for having really poor mobility armour and gun+ having a big silhouette.
or the american M5 stuart, which has the honour of featuring the worst gun in the game. which is the autoshooting 37mm ticklecannon.
having one click empty the whole 5 round magazine is beyond retarded, and almost never is this anything you want to happen. and it does not help that the base gun in itself is really bad as well

My most loathed tank in the game I think has to be the AMX 13 75 tier 7 French light tank. the fact that the 75 mm gun has such weak AP penetration, especially compared to every other tier 7 light tank just makes this tank so obsolete.

Type 5 Heavy is the worst now, it was given the new derp gun that has plunged it into further obscurity because its still massively underpowered.
Do a face off - O-Ho vs Type 4 Heavy. Only standard HE shells. You will see that O-Ho wins easily, it is embarrassing for wg to release a new derp gun and it being inferior to the already underpowered gun on the O-Ho which is tier 6-7 really.
Many tanks can shoot for 750 alpha, regularly. Types old gun was far too slow to keep up and had poor pen values. Thats why it slid into obscurity in the first place.
1100 dmg shells are a pathetic joke for tier 10. A place where E100 can tap the 3 key and be frankly more effective than Type 5 using HE ammo, faster ROF better gun handling etc.
And FV183 can tap 3 key and laugh at Type tanks all day.
JgpzE100 can tap 3 key and laugh at the fact they can fire the same shells as Type premium but they cost 6 times LESS in the german TD and you can choose other ammo in that and actually be effective in battle.
They developed the right area but they have done so so badly that the Type 5 heavy is by far the worst tier 10 in the game.
Most people struggle to do 1200 dmg in games on the test server, its pathetic.
Wargaming ruined one of the most looked forward to aspects of WoT , proper tier 10 heavies. Why give them such low alpha damage?
We get 950 a shot at tier 6!!!!
